Founded in November 2013 by Carlos "ocelote" Rodriguez, G2 Esports is a German professional esports organization headquartered in Berlin. The European esports giants made their foray into the competitive Rocket League scene in September 2016 by acquiring the roster of iBUYPOWER, which consisted of some of the top players in the game.
